Burrito Loco Challenge - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

• By entering the Burrito Loco Challenge, participants agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by La-Tina’s Cafe.

2. Competition Rules:

• The Burrito Loco Challenge will take place on September 8, 2024, at 4:00 PM at La-Tina’s Cafe, 1307 S. Knoxville Ave., Russellville, AR.

• Participants must arrive at least 30 minutes before the event for check-in.

• The winner will be the first participant to fully consume their Burrito Loco (including swallowing).

3. Grand Prize:

• The winner of the Burrito Loco Challenge will receive a prize of one La-Tina’s Burrito per week for 52 weeks.

• Each burrito has a maximum suggested retail price (MSRP) of $8.99.

• The prize is valid for 52 weeks starting from the day of winning.

4. Prize Redemption:

• The grand prize burrito can be claimed once per week.

• Burritos must be claimed in person at La-Tina’s Cafe.

• The winner may not send someone else to claim their burrito on their behalf.

• There are no refunds, exchanges, or substitutions for missed weeks. If a week is missed, that burrito is forfeited for that week.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other items.

5. Additional Terms:

• The prize must be redeemed within the 7-day period (Monday to Sunday) each week. No “makeup” burritos will be offered if a week is missed.

• The winner must present a valid ID at each visit to claim their weekly burrito.

• La-Tina’s Cafe reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

• La-Tina’s Cafe is not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions, or other health issues that may arise from participating in the competition or consuming the burritos.

6. Liability and Publicity:

• By participating in the Burrito Loco Challenge, participants agree to have their photos, videos, and names used for promotional purposes by La-Tina’s Cafe without additional compensation.

• La-Tina’s Cafe is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from participation in the competition or use of the prize.

7. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas.

By participating in the Burrito Loco Challenge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
